Housing
OYH housing makes the home the heart of everything we do.
The support we start with is centred around first providing our tenants with a safe and secure home to live in.
Our homes are finished to a very high standard, with the best security measures put in place to give our vulnerable tenantes peace of mind.

Support
Support from experienced and compassionate housing support officers is given to ensure that tenants are guided through the challenging aspects of their life.
Our support focuses on pushing our tenant towards a fulfilling independent life.

Multi agency collaboration
OYH housing works with a variety of agencies to ensure the best support is given to tenants. Our partners include CGL workers, mental health specialists and local authorities.

OYH housing is based in London and surrounding areas. We provide Supported Accommodation for individuals who qualify for our services. Our supported living services provide our tenants with a safe space and stable foundation so they can rebuild their lives with the guidance of our experienced Housing Support Officers. Many of our tenants may be in recovery or being helped reintegrate after a range of complex issues including (but not limited to) substance misuse, homelessness, domestic violence and sexual exploitation. We provide a tailor made support plan for each tenant and work towards building them up, ready for fully independent living.

We accept clients male and female, aged 18 years and over with a variety of needs including (but not restricted to):
Prison leavers
Substance misuse
Refugees (with status to remain)
Domestic violence survivors
Mental health and anti-social behavioural challenges.
